Account ownership and eligibility
Create an account for yourself as the adult candidate and provide information you believe is accurate. You must meet the platform’s age gate and the requirements applicable to your circumstances. A family helper may assist only through the permission granted by the candidate. Do not impersonate another person, create misleading duplicate identities or transfer account access.
Profiles and candidate consent
Only share personal and family information you are entitled to provide. Do not post contact credentials, government identification numbers or other people’s private documents in public fields. Publication requires the platform’s review process and the candidate’s consent. Editing relevant information may require review again.
Checks have a limited scope
A source-verified or document-reviewed badge describes the stated check at a point in time. It does not guarantee character, criminal history, employment continuity, every profile claim, compatibility or a marriage outcome. Source checks depend on supported, permitted providers and may be unavailable. Identity evidence is not a substitute for separate education or financial evidence.
Acceptable use
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, defraud or pressure another member. Do not request money under false pretences, distribute documents without permission, scrape profiles, bypass access controls, send spam or try to obtain another person’s OTP or financial credentials. Report concerns using the platform tools.
Credits and payments
A credit unlocks one previously locked full profile under the current access rules. It does not buy another person’s contact details, consent or response. Pack price, quantity and expiry are disclosed before checkout. Reopening an unlocked profile does not use another credit. Paid packs do not automatically renew. Coupon eligibility and usage limits apply to the selected order.
Moderation and account controls
Profiles and content may be held for review, restricted or suspended for incomplete evidence, suspected misuse or a policy breach. Members may request support or appeal a decision. You can pause or close your account; record deletion follows the Privacy policy and applicable retention requirements.
Availability, policies and support
The platform and external services may experience interruptions. Keep order references when seeking payment help. Read the Privacy and Refund policies with these terms. Policy changes will be reflected on this site; the effective information for a purchase remains recorded with the relevant order. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
